Creating a new AI Agent
Great that you are getting started with an AI Agent! You can set one up in just a few steps. This article guides you through the process step by step. No stress: everything you configure can be adjusted later.
Click New AI Agent
You will find this button in the dashboard. This starts the setup for your new AI Agent.
Select or add a website
Choose an existing website from the list, or click Add website to enter a new domain. Enter the exact URL (including https://). Note: Heyloha is subdomain-specific. The AI Agent learns from the content on exactly that domain and below it, not above or on other subdomains.
Choose the goal of your AI Agent
Do you want to generate leads, provide customer service, or both? Choose what fits best. Your choice determines the behavior the chatbot displays on your site (for example: proactively engaging visitors or helping them reactively).
Give your AI a personality
Here you determine how your AI Agent behaves. You set the name, choose between casual business or professional business, choose the form of address, the answer style (balanced or short and fast) and whether the agent uses emojis. Your choices are automatically applied to the AI configuration.
Click Create
After clicking Create you return to your dashboard. In the background we build your AI Agent specifically for your organization.
What happens next?
As soon as the Agent is ready, you automatically receive an email. In it, your AI Agent introduces itself to you. From that moment you can fine-tune all settings, set up integrations and retrieve your embed script.
Everything you have configured is not final. You can return to the settings at any time and make changes.
