Linking your Instagram account
To use an AI Instagram Agent, you first need to link your Instagram account. Without a linked account, the Instagram Agent cannot be activated.
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account to link. A personal Instagram account is not supported.
You can link multiple accounts for different Instagram Agents.
How to link an Instagram account
Go to Integrations
In the left menu, go to Integrations. In the submenu under Incoming communication, click Instagram.
Click Link new account
Click the Link new account button to add a new Instagram account.
Authorize via Facebook/Meta
A window appears asking you to authorize via Facebook or Meta to link your Instagram account. Log in with the Meta account connected to your Instagram profile and confirm the authorization.
Link confirmed
Once the link is confirmed, the account appears in the list of linked accounts. The green Connected label confirms everything is connected correctly.
