Creating an AI Instagram Agent

Click New AI Agent

In the dashboard you will find the New AI Agent button in the top right. Click here to get started.

Choose Instagram Agent

In the selection window, choose the Agent type. Choose Instagram Agent here.

Choose roles

Roles determine how the Agent behaves and which tone of voice is used. You can combine multiple roles.

Choose a website as knowledge source

Select an existing website or add a new one. The Agent uses its content as the basis for all answers.

Give the Agent a name and link your Instagram account

Give the Agent an internal name. Then select a previously linked Instagram account, or choose Link new account.

Set the Agent to active

After creating, set the Agent to active. From that moment it automatically responds to incoming Instagram DMs.
