Setting up Goals for your AI Agent

With Goals, a smart module from Heyloha, you give your AI Agent clear objectives. This way your AI can help even better and more focused, with more direction, fewer unnecessary questions, and always the right information for your organization.

You decide which goals are active, which information is collected and where the results end up. This saves time, creates more efficient conversations and increases customer satisfaction.

What are Goals?

A Goal is a preconfigured action, such as scheduling an appointment, requesting information or placing an order. Your AI Agent recognizes these goals, actively steers toward the right outcome and only asks for relevant data.

• You never collect more (or less) than necessary.

• As an administrator you always maintain control over what is asked and stored.

Goal examples per industry

Goals comes with a number of commonly used defaults. You can adjust or expand these to suit your type of organization.

• Real Estate: Schedule a viewing, request a valuation, request a quote.
• E-commerce / Webshop: Check order status, register a return, request product advice.
• Business Services: Schedule an intake, request a quote, book an introduction.
• Healthcare: Make an appointment, supplement a file, set up a callback request.
• Education and Training: Request a trial lesson, request course information, start enrollment.
• Retail: Check store stock, request a loyalty card, schedule a service appointment.
• Financial Services: Schedule an advisory meeting, report a claim, request a quote.
• Marketing and Communications: Book a demo, request a brochure, submit a project proposal.
• Government and Non-profit: Request information, make an appointment, submit a report.

You only need to specify which fields you want to collect, such as name, email address, phone number or preferred date. The results are sent directly to the right email address, so you can follow up quickly.

Managing and adjusting goals

• Each goal is disabled by default: easily activate it via the toggle.
• Click Edit to make fields required, optional or hidden.
• Configure to which department or person the results should be emailed.

Adding a custom goal

Want to automate something unique? Simply create your own goal. For example: 'Request a demo', 'Free intake', 'No-obligation callback request', or an industry-specific process like 'Book a test drive' or 'Apply for membership'.

Fill in three simple fields:

• Goal name: Short, clear title (e.g. 'Book a tour').
• Email address: Recipient of the results.
• Description: What do you want to achieve? What information does your AI Agent need?

After clicking Continue, your AI suggests fields, instructions and behavior. You can adjust everything yourself to match your organization and communication.

What can you customize?

For each goal (default or custom) you decide which fields are required, optional or not asked. Via the advanced tab you can refine instructions, usage and the description of the goal so the AI Agent perfectly matches your tone of voice and process.

• Purpose: What is the goal of this interaction?
• Usage: When and how should the AI Agent use this goal?
• Description: Additional explanation and context for the AI Agent.
