Setting up Quick Options
With Quick Options in your Heyloha AI Agent you give visitors immediate direction in the conversation. This feature lets you display buttons in the chat window, guiding visitors easily to frequently asked topics or important actions. This creates more interaction and a better customer experience.
Why use Quick Options?
Visitors want to be helped quickly and easily, but sometimes do not know exactly how to phrase their question. This is where Quick Options come in:
- Clarity: By showing buttons with popular topics, you help visitors find their way quickly.
- Conversion: By directly offering important actions, such as scheduling an appointment or requesting a quote, you stimulate more interaction and results.
- Latent needs: With smart, commercial options you create new opportunities. A button like 'Schedule a free introduction' gets visitors moving.
How to set up Quick Options
Go to the settings of your AI Agent
In the Heyloha dashboard, go to the settings of your AI Agent.
Click Add Quick Option
Click Add Quick Option in the advanced menu.
Fill in the fields
Fill in the button text (the text visible on the button, short and clear) and the AI question to send (the question automatically sent to the AI when the button is clicked).
Save
Click Save. Your Quick Option now appears in the chat interface.
Practical tips
- Be short and clear: Use a maximum of one short sentence as button text.
- Respond to needs: Think about what your target audience frequently asks. For example: 'What is my property worth?', 'Help me choose', 'Request a quote'.
- Test and optimize: Check in the dashboard which options are used most and adjust where needed.
Quick Options directly visible on your website
You can show Quick Options not only in the chat window, but also directly above the chat icon on your website. This makes Quick Options a powerful call-to-action: visitors can choose a topic with one click, even before opening the conversation.
How to activate this feature
- In the Heyloha dashboard, go to your AI Agent settings.
- Find the option 'Display instead of welcome message'.
- Turn on the slider to show Quick Options directly on your website.
People respond faster to visual triggers and concrete suggestions. With an activating question like 'Schedule a free advisory meeting' you increase the chance of valuable conversations.
