Viewing your scheduled appointments
In the integrated Calendar within Heyloha you will find all appointments scheduled by your AI Agent. For each appointment you can see exactly when it takes place, which appointment type was used and which customer data was saved. This gives you a clear place where all scheduled appointments come together.
In short
All automatically scheduled appointments appear directly in the Calendar. You can see at a glance who, when and what the appointment is for. Customer data and details are clearly displayed with each appointment.
Appointments only appear automatically when everything is properly configured: your calendar must be connected and you must have created appointment types.
How to view your scheduled appointments
Open the Calendar
In the left menu, go to Messages and click Calendar. Here you will see all appointments scheduled by your AI Agent.
Click on an appointment
Choose an appointment in the calendar overview. On the right side a panel appears with all details: date and time, duration, appointment type used, Teams or in-person appointment, which connected calendar was used and collected customer data.
Use the selection at the top to filter the overview by AI Agent.
This way you can see at a glance when an appointment takes place, why it was scheduled and what information the AI collected.
